This application will convert a DJI Flight Hub 2 KMZ file into a DJI Fly waypoint KMZ file.
Obtain a KMZ file from Flight Hub 2 or from an Enterprise drone.
Note: A DJI Fly KMZ file can also be opened with this utility.

In page two of DJI Flight Hub 2 to DJI Fly Waypoint Mission Converter:
DJI Flight Hub 2 is a web
application used for creating waypoint missions for DJI's enterprise drones.
Flight Hub 2 allows one to create, edit, save, and export missions as a KMZ
file.
Waypoint missions for DJI Fly consumer drones are also stored in KMZ files.
However, KMZ files for enterprise drones and KMZ files for consumer drones
differ in a number of ways. This web application can be used to convert a KMZ
file used for enterprise drones into a KMZ file that can be used for a
consumer drone such as a Mavic 3, Air 3, or Mini 4.
While KMZ files can be exported easily from Flight Hub 2, they must be
manually imported into DJI Fly. This process is outlined here.
Opinion: Flight Hub 2 is a difficult-to-use application. I find it
non-intuitive. Operations that should be simple are overly complex. It has a
steep learning curve compared to applications such as Litchi or DroneLink,
